Constance has had extensive experience and trainings in these wonderful wellness modalities, and is sharing her knowledge in Vancouver BC. Some of her sound teachers include Mike Tamburo, Mehtab Benton, Hari Singh, Blove, Michael Bettine, Mitch Nur, Thomas Orr Anderson, Siddha Sandra, etc.

Currently, private training is available and please keep an eye out for future group courses. 

Training in Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Thai massage, Swedish massage with customized time and program is available.

Thai Massage sequence from TMC School (from Thailand) can be learned in 3 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours (Level 1).

  • Singing Bowl Consultation $200


    In 90 minutes, enjoy a mini experience of bowls on the body or a sound bath, learn the basic skills in playing the Himalayan singing bowls and what you can do with them, and time at the end to find the right singing bowls to purchase. On your own or with a partner. Includes a booklet. 


  • 3 Hour Himalayan Singing Bowl Training $420


    A more hands-on and informative training than Singing Bowl Consultation. On your own or with a partner. Includes a booklet and certificate(s). More time can be added. Perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to incorporate singing bowls into personal and/or professional lives, or existing sound bath practice. Quality hand beaten singing bowls from Nepal are available for purchase.


  • 3 Hour Art of Gong Training $420



    Learn, understand and experience the gong to promote healing, relaxation and transformation for self and others. Through hands-on fun experiential exercises, you would experience the power and magic of the gongs where you might just fall in love with them. Perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to incorporate gongs into personal and/or professional lives, or existing sound bath or wellness practice. Includes a booklet and certificate(s).

  • 3 Hour Basic Thai Massage Training $420


    Learn a basic full body sequence from TMC school (Thai Massage School from Thailand), on your own or with a partner/ massage model. Perfect for those who want to acquire some basic practical massage skills, be able to exchange massage with their partner or loved ones, explore the world of massage, or find out if this could be a possible career path. Choose between the floor mat or massage table. Includes a booklet and certificate(s). More time can be added, hourly rate is $135.


  • 3 Hour Basic Relaxing Swedish Massage Training $420


    Learn a basic full body sequence in relaxing swedish massage with oil on massage table, on your own or with a partner/ massage model. Perfect for those who want to acquire some basic practical massage skills, be able to exchange massage with their partner or loved ones, explore the world of massage, or find out if this could be a possible career path. Includes a booklet and certificate(s).

Join this hands-on introductory workshop to explore the FUN-damentals of gong playing. Learn about gong culture, gong and mallet selection, essential techniques, listening skills, resources, and how intention and presence shape the sound. Perfect for beginners, wellness practitioners, music or wellness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to deepen their connection with the gong. No musical experience is required.

Gongs are provided for exercises and available for purchase at Gandharva Loka.
