An effortless way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, relax your nervous system, release tension, gain insights, elevate your consciousness, through the power of sound medicine and group field.
Here is a 90 min recorded sound bath from Thanksgiving Sound Meditation. Feel free to meditate to or go to bed with it. Recommended to use headphones or good speakers.

Hibiki (響) means resonance. The vibration of sound. The energy of acupuncture. Together, they tune what words cannot reach.
On this day of full moon, join us for an unique wellness experience that weaves together the therapeutic effects of acupuncture, relaxing live sound immersion, and vibroacoustic floor within a cozy dome setting.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the full moon marks a natural high point for the movement of qi and blood. Acupuncture works with this momentum to ease stagnation and encourage circulation, while the sound immersion carries that movement through the body and settles the nervous system into deep release.
Acupuncture is offered by Junko Lodge. Sound is facilitated by Constance Au from Heartspace Healing Arts, including gongs, singing bowls, monochord and other complimentary instruments.
You will be lying on comfortable mats with blankets, supported by gentle vibrations through the floor.
A health intake form will be sent by Junko upon registration to help tailor the session to your individual needs. A separate receipt will be emailed after the event if you would like to submit your acupuncture session for insurance reimbursement.
What is provided: Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, meditation chairs, and neck pillows, water and herbal tea.
Optional things to bring: Wear comfortable clothing. To help maintain a clean, comfortable, and calming environment, Sensorium is a shoe-free space. We invite you to bring cozy slippers or indoor footwear to wear during your visit.
