Sound Healing at Yoga West
Come relax and rejuvenate at Yoga West through sound on Sunday evenings. Multi gongs including the rare big 5 feet gong with powerful deep tones, along with Himalayan singing bowls are other instruments.

$25+ GST, class pass is accepted.
To maximize your experience, it is recommended to take kundalini yoga class 5-6:30pm before hand. I will be teaching on March 31st, April 7th, and every second Sunday.

Sound Meditation at the Mansion

Join us in community for an evening of Sound Meditation at Aberthau Mansion, a beautiful venue that is close to nature yet in the city.
Most of us here have busy minds with busy lives. This is a time to slow down, recharge, become aware and come into stillness/ zero point/ shuniya. We first prepare our bodies with meditation, breathing exercises and mindful slow yogic movements in order to receive the sound more fully. Immerse in sound to relax, clear blockages and quiet the mind effortlessly, with two big gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments. When silence arrives, we meditate in total stillness and quietness. In zero point, we can manifest easier and get clear answers from our inner guidance. Closing with an optional sharing circle.
Light snacks, tea and water are provided. You are welcome to bring food to share.
Please bring:
Mat, blanket to keep warm, pillow/cushion for head, eye cover, water bottle, anything to keep you comfortable while lying down.
Some mats, gym mats, blankets, bolsters and foam blocks are available on site. Journal and pen.
Please be on time, arrive 5-10 min before start time.
Free parking!
2 hour is estimated and will include optional sharing circle.
