Kundalini Yoga

 

Kundalini yoga has been a big part of my personal growth and well-being so I am happy to share and lead this practice for others.

It is a yoga of awareness and transformation, a system drawn from aspects of different styles with a particular focus on raising the kundalini energy. It contains elements of dynamic repetitive movement combined with breathing exercises/ pranayama, chanting, mudras and meditation.

My hope is to to hold space for others to have an experience of themselves, their truth and feeling balanced in a group setting, similar to what one might experience one-on-one with me.

I teach every second Sunday 5-6:30 pm PST at Yoga West online and in-person. Please register and check schedule through Yoga West.
