Join us for an evening of Cacao & Blue Lotus Sound Journey—a powerful and transformative experience that blends the healing properties of ceremonial cacao and blue lotus with the power of sacred sound, facilitated by Candace Parks and Constance Au.
Cacao, a powerful heart medicine, invites us into a space of inner clarity, warmth, and emotional release. She works subtly yet deeply, softening our inner defenses and reconnecting us to our joy, truth, and vitality. Paired with blue lotus—an ancient plant ally revered for its dreamy, euphoric, and spiritually expansive qualities—we enter into a softened, visionary state where insight, release, and restoration can naturally unfold. Supported by the powerful sound of gongs, metal and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other vibrational instruments throughout your journey. The immersive experience will help you enter a meditative state, release what no longer serves, and awaken your inner wisdom.

Enjoy three nights of island bliss and reset your natural rhythm with this retreat designed to bring you back to nature. Enjoy walks in the forest, breathing fresh ocean air and beautiful views of the surrounding islands. Dive inward with foundational practices of morning Hatha yoga, evening Yin yoga and meditation. We’ll connect to the wisdom of nature and have plenty of time for quiet reflection and relaxation.

Honouring and aligning with the light through sacred sound.
Join us as we honour the longest day of the year with a transformative Summer Solstice Sound Journey. This immersive experience, facilitated by Constance, invites you to pause, reflect, and align your inner light with the energy of the sun at its peak — a time of illumination, abundance, and inner expansion.
Bath in the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, you’ll be guided into deep states of rest, renewal, and connection. Allow the sounds to clear energetic blockages, awaken your heart, and realign your body and spirit with the rhythms of nature.
What to Expect:
✨ Gentle movement, breathing exercise, guided meditation and intention-setting.

💛 A nurturing environment to be introspective and with yourself
Some props can be provided but you may bring your own personal mat, blanket, pillow (head and under knees), eye pillow and anything else to make yourself comfortable.
Dress in comfortable clothing.
