Singing Bowl Consultation
Singing Bowl Consultation is a one-on-one session for those who are interested in experiencing and learning about Himalayan singing bowls and sound healing. The power of sound can promote relaxation, and can be healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. This session offers you the basic knowledge so that you can explore with them as a way of meditation, self healing or healing others. You would also be assisted in finding the right bowl or set of bowls to purchase if you wish.
You would first receive a personal sound healing experience on the massage table, then you would learn how to play them and use them in different ways. You would be assisted in finding the right bowl or set of bowls to purchase according to your needs as the process can actually be very personal and intuitive. These hand beaten bowls from Nepal have different personalities in sound in comparison to machine made ones, so it is always recommended to be able to hear and experience the sound in-person for purchase if possible. If you have already acquired your own singing bowl(s), please bring them so you can learn how to work with them and perhaps find additional complimentary bowls.

- how to strike and sing bowls using wooden and felt mallets
- different applications and some exercises, eg. sound meditation, self massage with bowls, space clearing, use in one-on-one setting, sound bath, etc.
- digital or hardcopy small booklet from “Fundamentals of Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls” workshop (bring notebook is suggested if digital copy requested)

Purchase of singing Bowls and mallets are not included in session rate. Singing bowls range from around $60-500 each.
